The three-day event is taking place at Grand Hyatt, Santacruz West in Mumbai and Amar More, CEO of Kale Logistics Solutions is present in the panel that discusses on “The Indian subcontinent, the most promising air cargo export region of the world.”

Air Cargo India is an annual event to facilitate knowledge sharing and setting new benchmarks for the air cargo industry stakeholders across the globe. Global players in the airline and air cargo industry such as Cathay Pacific, Boeing, Etihad Airways, Emirates, Changi Airport, Sharjah Airport to name a few are showcasing their capabilities. Over 2000 professionals representing the Airline and Air Cargo space are expected to participate in this event. Historical data suggests, delegates over 2000 across the globe have come to attend this event.

With its strategic geographical presence connecting east and west, India has the potential to emerge as the most prominent hub for air freight operations. The Indian national air cargo policy seeks to make India among the top five air freight markets by 2025, besides creating air transport shipment hubs at all major airports over the next six years. In order to amp up its efforts to become one, India has implemented Open Sky Policy, under which outbound air freight are granted zero capacity constraints.

Spearheading these innovations rapidly will be the utilization of digital platforms using technologies such as Blockchain, Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Predictive Capabilities. Blockchain and AI have been playing a key role in simplifying complex processes. Kale has been pioneering the concept of building solutions such as Cargo Community System, Single Window System for clearance and approvals as well as Port Community System.

Talking about the event, Amar More, CEO of Kale Logistics Solutions said, “It gives me immense pleasure to be a part of the panel that talks on digitalization and rolling out outstanding digital solutions for global air cargo companies. Kale Logistics has been playing a key role in building Cargo Community Systems for airports and developing solutions specific to freight forwarders. Ample number of innovations are happening in this space and the demand for it is surging high year after year. The air cargo industry requires support in terms of digitalization and I’m happy to be part of a forum that resonates the vision of Kale.”
